Wake Up

They say it’s hard to wake up from ignorance.
It’s something you have to choose.

I know it’s gonna be a rude awakening
when I discover it’s all been a ruse.

It can be hard for me to wake up
from a long night of booze.

So waking up from ignorance…
that’s gonna bruise.

But don’t you worry about me,
I’m gonna wake up right after I hit snooze.
